The Merlot banquet facility was
formerly the state theater
built in 1912 and owned by Paramount Pictures. In 1965,
it was converted into a night club. Another remodel in
1999, resulted in the current banquet facility perfect
for any occasion. With foyer, stage, catering kitchen,
bar and beautiful dance floor additions, this historic
location brings an ambience of celebration and charm.
Besides its elegant interior, the
street in front of the structure was transformed into a
plaza as part of the Lodi downtown beautification
project. The street now reveals an aesthetic display of
paver bricks, trees, and light poles with a canopy of
lights over head.
For your convenience, a parking structure is 100 yards
away with
free parking up to 300 cars. |
